The proprietor Dennis R. King repairs cane and wicker seating of all kinds. He canes by hand in traditional patterns, works with pressed cane, weaves chair seats in over-and-under and herringbone patterns, and repairs and rebuilds fiber rush, natural rush, Danish cord, and Shaker tape chair seats and backs.

He also repairs wicker and offers minor furniture repair services, such as chair rung replacement.  His current specialty is hand-caning canoe seats in historically accurate patterns.
